Q: Where does your used equipment come from?
A: The vast majority of our used equipment comes from trade-in’s. Some select items come from careful purchasing of pre-owned equipment. We have our technicians go over every used item and inspect it for proper operation before anything is put up for sale.

Q: How do we trade-in or sell our fitness equipment?

Q: Does your used equipment come with any warranty?
A: LIMITED LOCAL WARRANTY (PERTAINS TO PRE-OWNED EQUIPMENT ONLY) Fitness Exchange, Inc. provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser residing within our local service area (defined as 25 miles or less from our locations). Pre-owned Fitness product will be free from mechanical defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase. See Terms & Conditions for more information.

Q: Can you help plan my commercial fitness center?
A: Fitness Exchange provides free professional advice and consulting on planning, installing, and maintaining commercial fitness centers. We specialize in designing safe, efficient, cost-effective solutions for Corporate Fitness Centers, Apartments, Condominiums, Schools, Hospitals, Country Clubs, Police, Fire, and more. We can work with your space on our CAD system to lay out your room to ensure you will be happy with the outcome before investing. We provide on-site operational and safety training for any installation. You can come to our showroom to see and try our equipment before making your decision. You can also leave confident knowing that we will be there for you after the sale to provide the service necessary to protect your investment.

A: Our factory-trained service team will provide professional delivery and assembly of your fitness equipment.

Q: What is the difference between full commercial and light commercial equipment?
A: Full commercial equipment is meant for the most demanding commercial use and largest pay-for-use gyms. Light commercial equipment is generally warranted for smaller facilities and some light commercial cardio may be limited to the # of hours of use per day. Light commercial equipment may be a perfect alternative if you are working on a budget, but still want high-end fully warrantied equipment for your apartment complex, corporate fitness center, police station, fire station, hotel gym etc.
