Our professionally trained team will deliver and assemble the product, test it for functionality & safety, remove all packing materials, and cleanup the area.
DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY & EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
This is our highest quality shipping service, leaving all the work to us so you don't need to lift a finger. This services includes all the services in our standard delivery, but we will also remove your old equipment. This is the complete White Glove Service.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free or fee based shipping only applies to the 48 continental states (although some further geographic restrictions may apply, see store for details). Shipping is via either USPS, UPS or one of our various freight common carriers depending on size and weight restrictions. Larger items will be via common carrier and is considered a curbside delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Customers are required to be home at the time of delivery to sign the delivery receipt and are responsible for ensuring an acceptable delivery receiving location. Any damage must be reported at the time of the delivery and noted on the delivery receipt. Any redelivery charges due to a missed delivery is the responsibility of the customer and customer will be billed for all additional charges.
Floor Models, Clearance, Certified Used, and select manufacturers including but not limited to Concept 2, Nustep, and SCIFIT are not available for free shipping. They are available for pick up as well as for local delivery and installation for an additional fee. Fitness Exchange reserves the right to cancel without notice any free shipping offer at any time.
