EVERLAST BELT + DECK SYSTEM - Our state of the art EVERLAST BELT is a maintenance-free, self-lubricating treadmill belt. There is no other belt like it on the market. The EVERLAST Belt provides a uniquely smooth and quiet experience for the user. Through our proprietary process of infusing lubricating wax into the very fibers of the backing, this belt produces the lowest coefficient of friction thereby extending the life of the entire treadmill. This process ensures that the self-lubricating feature will last the entire life of the belt.
INDIVIDUALLY TESTED - Each treadmill is thoroughly tested before going into the box. Each treadmill is completely assembled and put through a 21-point inspection process in a sound proof room. These tests are performed by both humans and computers. Upon passing, each treadmill is then run for another 99minutes. Built in our ISO9001 Certified factory, you can rest assured that your treadmill is built to perform for many years!
CONSTANT SPEED CONTROL - Our Constant Speed Control (CSC) Technology is another feature we have built in to ensure the very best treadmill experience. When a user's foot plant (heel strike) occurs, this provides a resistance to the belt that is immediately sensed by the sophisticated electronics. This triggers a feedback circuit that sends more power to the motor. The result is an almost undetectable slowing and speeding of the belt to mimic outdoor running/walking. (CSC) ensures a perfectly natural running and walking experience!
EVERLAST DECK SYSTEM - Our 1"thick reversible wood decks are coated on both sides with high-density Phenolic Plastic that protects against sweat, and provides a low friction surface that pairs best with our EVERLAST Belts. Low friction leads to a smooth experience and longer lasting treadmill.
IMPACT + SHOCK TECHNOLOGY - Our fully integrated Impact+ Shock Control Technology (i+SC) uses a combination of ergonomically placed 8 Variable Elastomer Shock Absorbers. This is an advanced system that provides three different zones for each of the phases of running/walking. The forward most Elastomers are designed for the Stance Phase (foot plant) and absorb impact. The Middle Elastomers are designed for cushioning the Mid Stance while your whole body weight is on one foot. The Rear Most Elastomer is designed to aid the Propulsion Phase and provide the right amount of energy for proper push off. Truly state of the art!
WAX LUBRICATION INFUSION PROCESS - The self-lubricating feature is produced by infusing a lubrication wax directly into the threads of the nylon backing before it is woven into a fabric and attached to the underside of the belt.
WAX LUBRICATION RELEASE PROCESS - Each step produces just enough heat between the belt and deck to release the proper amount of liquid wax. The wax is released and reabsorbed in a loop that ensures the lubrication will last as long as the belt itself!

Free or fee based shipping only applies to the 48 continental states (although some further geographic restrictions may apply, see store for details). Shipping is via either USPS, UPS or one of our various freight common carriers depending on size and weight restrictions. Larger items will be via common carrier and is considered a curbside delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Customers are required to be home at the time of delivery to sign the delivery receipt and are responsible for ensuring an acceptable delivery receiving location. Any damage must be reported at the time of the delivery and noted on the delivery receipt. Any redelivery charges due to a missed delivery is the responsibility of the customer and customer will be billed for all additional charges.
Floor Models, Clearance, Certified Used, and select manufacturers including but not limited to Concept 2, Nustep, and SCIFIT are not available for free shipping.
