The GT Home Gym features an Adjustable Press & Row Arm with 10 positions, allowing you to perform a variety of exercises including Seated Row, Bench Press, Incline Press, and Shoulder Press. Customize the arm to target specific muscles and achieve your fitness goals with ease.

Built with heavy-gauge oval tubing and laser-cut steel plates, the GT Gym is as durable as it is functional. It features stainless steel press arms with precision laser-cut height positions, high-quality pulleys with sealed ball bearings, and flexible nylon-coated cables rated for over 2000 lbs.

Free or fee based shipping only applies to the 48 continental states (although some further geographic restrictions may apply, see store for details). Shipping is via either USPS, UPS or one of our various freight common carriers depending on size and weight restrictions. Larger items will be via common carrier and is considered a curbside delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Customers are required to be home at the time of delivery to sign the delivery receipt and are responsible for ensuring an acceptable delivery receiving location. Any damage must be reported at the time of the delivery and noted on the delivery receipt. Any redelivery charges due to a missed delivery is the responsibility of the customer and customer will be billed for all additional charges.

Floor Models, Clearance, Certified Used, and select manufacturers including but not limited to Concept 2, Nustep, and SCIFIT are not available for free shipping.
