Features like quick-release ratchet foot straps and a 300 degree resistance knob accessible from the catch position contribute to a workout that's rewarding and inviting. Control buttons on the handle of the Heat Performance Row allow the exerciser to toggle between Training, Comparative and Technique console screens quickly.
