The new Zero Runner ZR7000 replicates real walking, jogging and running motion but without any repetitive stressful impact to the body. A true, non-impact alternative to a treadmill, the Zero Runner uses independent hip and knee joints to mimic human biomechanics without a fixed stride, so exercisers can walk with a shorter stride or run with strides up to 58″. Using the same muscles as running, the Zero Runner enables virtually everyone to run without impact.

Treadmills subject the entire body to significant repetitive stress. And the moving belt throws the foot off the belt so runners do not activate the hamstring muscles like they do outside, which can impact performance.

With the Zero Runner, you are freed from the high-impact forces of running, yet still can enjoy the natural, free feeling of true running.

The Zero Runner is also quiet and is self powered.

Designed to accommodate everyone from experienced runners to beginning exercisers, the ZR8000 incorporates aircraft-grade aluminum legs with lightweight pedals and independent hip and knee joints to customize natural running motion based on user preference.

A broad resistance range of 15 levels creates a heavier workload for various challenges, like hill repeats, and contoured handles feature multiple hand positions for an optimal upright posture. Exercisers can start with a walk and seamlessly transition to a jog or full-out run or sprint up to a 58” stride length.
